Our Biggest Achievements of 2024
This year, Invosys reached several pivotal achievements that have set the stage for continued growth:
- Continued growth and expansion in the Australasia Region: A significant milestone was the rollout of our new platform instance in the region thanks to our wonderful partnership with Symbio. This rollout has allowed us to expand our global footprint and enhance our offerings for customers in the region.
- Large Inbound 03 / 08 Migrations: The flexibility and functionality of the Invosys Number Manager platform has once again proved pivotal in a number of large 03/087 base migrations. The migration of inbound traffic through these deals has increased revenue, which is just one of the many benefits we’ve realised from our strategic partnerships
- Cloud Migration with Avaya IP Office Subscription: We’ve successfully migrated a number of on premise customers into the Invosys bespoke Avaya IP Office Cloud Subscription service. marking a critical step in modernising our customer’s infrastructure.

- Global Growth: This year marked our first sale in the UAE, signalling our entry into the Middle Eastern market. Additionally, our continued efforts to mitigate churn rates have contributed to our overall growth.
- Sales Team Evolution: Our sales team has been constantly evolving to manage our growing pipeline better.
New Additions & Partnerships That Happened in 2024
In 2024, we introduced several innovations to enhance our service offerings and brand presence:
- UCaaS and CCaaS Platforms: We expanded our portfolio with new Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, providing more comprehensive solutions for our customers.
- New Website and Branding: A revamped website and updated branding have given Invosys a fresh, modern identity that reflects our forward-thinking approach.
- Community Engagement: As part of our community involvement, we proudly sponsored the Prestwich Heys Football Club, supported the team’s goalkeeper coach and added signage around their ground.
- DVSAnalytics Partnership: Invosys teamed up with our sister company, DVSAnalytics, to add Workforce Enablement Management (WEM) solutions to its contact centre solutions portfolio.
- Infinity Partnership: Invosys has also partnered with another one of our sister companies, Infinity, to offer comprehensive agent guidance solutions to our contact centre customers.
- Xima Partnership: We’ve expanded our platform capabilities through our strategic partnership with the leading provider of customer service technology.
