As we say goodbye to 2018, we’re taking a look back over what has been our busiest and most successful year to date. There’s no doubt that 2019 has a tough act to follow.

What Happened at Invosys in 2018?

2018 has seen Invosys make huge strides within the Channel, working to to develop our market leading products for our telecoms channel partners and their customers, and providing new products and services to improve communications for everyone involved.

The Launch of Invosys 24/7

Fully white labeled, intelligent technical support when you need it. Invosys 24/7 was launched to give our partners the peace of mind that, no matter what happens, their customers’ technical support calls will be answered.

Invosys combined comprehensive onboarding for our partners’ service with in depth training for our 24/7 team, which has meant our agents have been able to deliver the same technical support and level of service callers expect.

In its first year, Invosys 24/7 has answered over 95% of inbound tech support calls within 25 seconds in 2018 – a figure we intend to improve even further next year.

The Brand New Invosys Hosted

Over 90% of VOIP companies are selling someone else’s product. Invosys wanted to break away from this convention so that we could deliver something we knew would be truly groundbreaking.

Since its launch, Hosted has been continuously developed, and in 2018 saw the unveiling of a new look for our platform. This redesign was driven by genuine user needs, delivering a truly intuitive service that made the complex simple and enhanced the user experience and stability of our service.

UC Expo and Channel Live 2018

Invosys have been hard at work delivering our unique message across the country, most notably at May’s UC Expo at Excel in London and September’s Channel Live at the NEC in Birmingham.

As well as brightening up both venues with a splash of our signature orange, Invosys brought a revolutionary approach to partner support, going beyond expectations to empower our partners to succeed.
