Number Manager 4.3

Number Manager 4.3 is now live, introducing some great new additions to our already feature-rich portal.

Invosys is pleased to announce the latest additions to its already popular Number Manager Portal. This release sees 4 key changes to Number Manager:


  • Bespoke Comfort Music
  • Multiple Comfort Messages
  • Expanded Call Recording Search Parameters
  • The Ability To Delete Call Recordings

Bespoke Comfort Music

You now have the ability to upload your own queue comfort music. Helping your business to reinforce its brand values.

Also with ‘Licence Acknowledgement’ resellers can pass this onto customers knowing that they are notified of their responsibilities to obtain any necessary licensing.

Multiple Comfort Messaging

You can now add as many as 5 different comfort messages in a single queue helping to maintain engagement and improve customer experience. From simple marketing messages, to information for customers, or providing break out options this addition can improve the way you communicate with customers.

Expanded Call Recording Search Parameters

Searching for the call recording you want has never been easier. We have increased the search fields to include:


  • Date
  • Service Name
  • Callers CLI
  • Inbound Number
  • Target Number

The Ability to Delete Call Recordings

Finally, now you can delete your call recordings when you no longer require them making it easier to maintain your account.
