It was this that drove us when we started working towards the ISO 9001 standard earlier this year and we’re thrilled to have recently completed stage one of the Quality Management Audit. Commercial Manager Amina Marfoua has spent months working tirelessly on the project and it has paid off – we flew through with flying colours with no none-conformities or room for improvements found at the inspection.
There is no dispute that working towards professional standards such as this are a huge amount of work on top of an already hectic schedule. It would be easy say:
