The Agent Ready app allows you to distribute calls from a single telephone number to a group of phone lines, through hunt groups. Using Agent Ready, remote call centre, sales team or home workers can easily log in and out of a corporate phone system to access inbound calls to their team. Designed to be simple to use, workers can be log in and out of their team (or “hunt groups”) manually, through a schedule, or through admin control. This app effortlessly generates usage statistics to easily monitor and improve work flow.
MANUAL LOGIN & LOGOUT
Agent Ready allows workers to log in and out of corporate phone systems manually. When logged in, calls will then be immediately directed to the desired list of contact numbers.
Should you wish, administrator accounts can manage their agents via the mobile app. This gives you overriding control, allowing you to force users in and out of groups via a swipe in and out function. You can also monitor the performance of agents and generate reports for call stats.
SCHEDULED LOGIN & LOGOUT
With a simple weekly diary, agents can setup time schedules for when they should be logged into each hunt group they are associated with. Simple prompts remind workers to log in and out of corporate phone systems when they need to.
Both Administrators and the standard agents have access to a detailed reporting suite which monitors a range of statistics, from calls answered to the times of the day that are receiving the highest volume of calls.
