Our journey so far...

We are an OFCOM registered operator and communications software company based in Manchester, formed in 2006, which has been profitable since day one and grown significantly each year since, building up sector leading expertise and a reputation second-to-none amongst our customers and partners.

Previously known as In Call Solutions or ICS, we launched the UK’s first specialist web-based portal for inbound call management features and services aimed at the SME market. By 2011, we were leading the next generation of inbound portals with Number Manager. These simple yet sophisticated web portals and applications that allow customers to self-build and manage their numbers and call plans have often been copied but never bettered, and today provide a platform accessed by thousands of customers, with millions of numbers that receive hundreds of millions of calls a year.

2014 has seen the business rebrand and relaunch itself as Invosys, following its acquisition of the digital agency business, T5C, so that we can continue to enhance the service to our customers and renew our focus on product development, with our larger group of talented people, combining the professionalism of a blue chip with the flexibility of a tech start up.

2006

The company was incorporated and In Call Solutions (ICS) was born

ICS launches the first inbound portal for the UK reseller market

First reseller signed, managed by Steve Glaister (now a director of Invosys)

Monthly call traffic: 100 minutes

       

2007

ICS is announced as 'Most Promising Business in the North West' by BCC

First IVR platform deployed consisting of 120 lines

Monthly call traffic: 1m minutes

       

2009

Breakthrough: £2m in sales

Moved office to Worsley, where Dan Fish joined as Operations Manager (now a director of Invosys)

Monthly call traffic: 10m minutes

Approaching £5m in sales

Over 10,000 end-user customers using ICS technology

Runner up in North West 'Business Of The Year' awards
